1. Introduction

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 9e999 Platform, or have had a 9e999 account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting in a capacity that constitutes professional or commercial gambling activity on behalf of any business or syndicate.

9e999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 9e999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

• 9e999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All supported payment methods are listed in the cashier section of your account. Payment methods not listed are not accepted.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. 9e999 reserves the right to suspend and investigate any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.

6. Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

By placing any wager on the 9e999 Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following gameplay terms:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 9e999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that directly affected the outcome of the game.
• The result of each game is determined by the game provider's certified RNG system. 9e999 does not intervene in game outcomes. Any perceived pattern or bias in game results is a statistical coincidence and does not indicate a malfunction or unfair practice.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising between you and 9e999 in connection with the Platform, these Terms, or any transaction conducted on the Platform shall in the first instance be referred to 9e999 customer support for resolution.

9e999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with support, the parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent mediator. 9e999 does not accept jurisdiction of any court or regulatory authority in relation to disputes arising from the Platform beyond those required by applicable law.
